All services / ERP and business systems
Get the ERP you already pay for working.
Most ERP programmes stop at go-live. The modules that would remove the spreadsheets are licensed, installed and switched off. Our functional consultants on SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics finish the job.
Book this if you have
- Month-end depends on spreadsheets outside the ERP
- Licensed modules that nobody uses
- Duplicate vendors, customers or items in the master data
- Approvals that run by email instead of workflow
Three packages. Pick one and book.
Fixed scope, set duration from the agreed start, and the fee confirmed on the first call before you sign.
The system is not the bottleneck. The configuration is.
An ERP is sold as one system and usually lived in as three: the part configured at go-live, the part licensed and never switched on, and the spreadsheets that grew up in between. A new platform does not fix this. A person who knows both the process and the module does, and our consultants configure what you own before anyone talks about buying more.
Everything the team does
Utilisation and licence review
A module-by-module account of what you own, what is live, and what it would take to switch on the rest.
Process redesign in the system
Record to report, procure to pay, order to cash and hire to retire, redesigned inside the ERP instead of around it.
Master data clean-up
Deduplicated and governed vendors, customers, items and chart of accounts, with ownership rules so it stays clean.
Reporting rebuild
Management reports that come straight from the ledger, on a schedule, with one version of each number.
Integrations and automation
Bank feeds, e-invoicing, payroll, planning tools and AI agents connected to the ERP through supported interfaces.
Upgrade and migration advice
An independent view on whether to upgrade, move to cloud or stay, before you talk to a vendor.

Other services
Before you book.
Do I pay anything when I book?
No. Booking reserves a call with the practice lead. You pay only after the scope, fee and start date are agreed in writing.
How fast will someone reply?
Within one business day, and usually the same day. The reply comes from the expert who will run the work.
Can the scope change after I book?
Yes. The packages are starting points. On the call the lead adjusts the scope to your situation and confirms the fee before anything is signed.
Will you sign an NDA before we talk details?
Yes. Send yours with the booking or ask for ours, and it is signed before the first working session.
Can I book more than one service?
Yes. Book each one, or book one and mention the others in the note. One engagement lead coordinates across the practices.
